Rachel Carter thought she had survived the nightmare.

What began as a film school horror project became a real life killing spree, leaving Rachel and her friends fighting for their lives. Their attempt to escape only brought the nightmare with them, until Rachel was left as the sole survivor.

Now living in Mesa, Arizona, Rachel is trying to rebuild her life. New school. New surroundings. A chance to put the bloodshed, fear, and memories behind her.

But some stories refuse to end.

The killer survived. He hasn't forgotten Rachel, and the connection between them runs deeper than she realizes. As Halloween approaches and the Arizona desert becomes the setting for another deadly chapter, Rachel discovers that changing cities can't erase the past, and surviving once doesn't mean she'll survive again.

The Final CUT is a dark, relentless horror novella about survival, obsession, family, and the terrifying realization that sometimes the final girl isn't chosen by fate. She's chosen by the killer.
